Big frame 215lbs is really good shape for me but never in my life had a six pack
I have done plenty of cycles before but it was going to the gym working out trying to get as strong as I could and as big as I could. Usually being somewhere around 230lbs. my diet is on point.
Question: I'm starting a new program I've been doing a crossfit athletic development style program. And I know a lot of stuff hurts the cardio and if ur not lifting the same when doing crossfit what would a great cycle be.
