    Cycle with crossfit

    31 years old
    6'0
    215lbs
    Big frame 215lbs is really good shape for me but never in my life had a six pack
    I have done plenty of cycles before but it was going to the gym working out trying to get as strong as I could and as big as I could. Usually being somewhere around 230lbs. my diet is on point.
    Question: I'm starting a new program I've been doing a crossfit athletic development style program. And I know a lot of stuff hurts the cardio and if ur not lifting the same when doing crossfit what would a great cycle be.

    Crossfit is an intense 20 minute workout where you're pushing yourself 100% with virtually no rest. Anything that negatively affects cardio endurance would not be advisable (i.e. Tren). Something simple like Test and var (moderate to low dose) would be more than enough.

    what are your goals. you say you diet is on point but never had a six pack. What are you trying to accomplish now?

    You should be doing a workout program that best suits your goals.

    Not sure on what your goals are. You did mention six packs. Do you want a six pack? Do you feel that you are lean all over and just your mid section is softer and flabbier than the rest. Looks a little out of place, in that case, only lipo can cure that. If you have a layer of fat all over your body (upper abs, some on chest, face) than you might want to reduce your carbs even more and add slow burn cardio along with cross fit and weights. You seem to know enough about cycles, so go with what you feel will surely keep you anabolic with such a workload. Just my 2 cents.

    I remember when I used to box, real intense workouts (1.5 hours or so) and I did a cycle. Plus I used to run 3 times a week - looked ta my best for those years.

    Crossfit is a whole nother level! I've did it for almost the past 2 years! I hope more peopl put in on this because id like to know! I'm like you man,I've never had abs but I have some good lift and fast as hell crossfit times! I think our genetics is against us! I advise people doing crossfit because its fast and will improve you in all aspects! When I was 165lbs I could 485dl,315 bench,57sec 400m,etc....! I plan on doing 400mg of test for 12 weeks and try to keep doing crossfit! It seems like it will help!
