    Losing weight on test prop

    I'm 90kg 6"1 i'm in the last 3 weeks of my prop cycle and i want to cut as much fat as i possibly can for an event which is at the end of my cycle, what would be the lowest calorie intake i could get away with WITHOUT losing any muscle or very very minor?
    how much weight do you think i could lose in a 3 week time period

    I would not got below 1800 cals. 40 % protein 40% good carbs, 20% good fats. Cardio in the morning on empty stomach and no carbs after 5 pm. this works for me, but then try it for a week and if its works tweak it and maybe cut some more calories. ECA or clen would help as well.

    lol you quote 1800 cals and you dont know his BF% or what his training is like

    i dont understand how you give that number.

    to the OP get to the diet section get that sorted first cause by the sound of things you dont seem to organsied

    im 13% bf
    trying to get low as i can in 3 weeks, i train for a hour every day of the week + 30 mins cardio
    and i will be using clen for the last 2 weeks, but my real question is, whats the LOWEST cals i can be on without losing muscle

    eat about 400g of protein, 100g of good carbs, slow carbs, and around 100g of good fats.

    This gives about 2800 cals.

    Just eat about 10,000 cals below maintenance and you will b shreaded as anything! But in all seriousness your cycle has no bearing on your weight loss. Diet is the key. Head over to the Nutrition Resource Forum and they will sort u out!

    Just eat very clean with absolutely no cheating. Eat a small meal every 2-3 hours and do cardio daily. You won't have to count calories and you'll lose bf.

    Let me qualify this by saying I know very little about diet, however while someone may be able to provide an educated starting point based on your stats, workouts, goals, etc. every persons dietary needs are different so you will really have to do your own homework on what works for you.
