Hey everyonel! So i'm a bit lost on the whole keto ratio. So Ronnie says the ratio for keto should be around 60-70P/ and 40-30F, however other forums such as the bodybuilding forums says that the ratio should be 60% Fats, 35 Protein, and 5% Carbs. Which do you prefer? I am 19% body fat, 5'2, and weigh 123 lbs. I want to get down to about 14% body fat. I am so lost right now at this point!
