I’m a new Marine officer and don’t have any experience with a cycle. I don’t really have the luxury of not doing a sh*t-ton of cardio. I’m not really trying to put on too much mass but would like to speed up my 3 mile run times. I have tons of questions on this topic relating to cycles, PCT, diet, side effects, and basically everything else on the site. Hopefully I can find some answers but it appears I have a lot of research to do before I even ask a question.
