Clenbuterol: Better as a spray or tablet?

I'm looking to start my first clen cycle to cut some body fat. Is it better as a spray form or tablet form? What are the advantages and disadvantages of each form?

What do you mean by "spray"?
An inhalant, or a liquid oral?

So a liquid oral. It doesn't need to be held under your tongue, and it works the same as tabs.

What is the standard dosage for the liquid oral. So if the standard single dose is 20 mcg for the tablet, what is the equivalent for the liquid oral?
