Hi everyone, new guy to the forums here. I have been looking at the forums for quite some time now, and I must say, they have greatly inspired me. I haven't hit the gym seriously in 2 or so years. I have let my body get out of control and I have decided it is time to climb the metaphorical mountain once again in my best interest. I will show you a picture of me 3 years ago, and what I look like today. After having 3 knee sports related injuries and 2 knee surgeries I really lost interest and pretty much gave up, and really, really let myself go. Well here I am and I just wanted to say hello to everyone and thank you for your encouragement thus far that I have read on the forums. I intend to contribute in any way possible and also learn as much as I can.

Weight: 335 lbs.
Body Fat: 29.5 - 31.5 % according to 3 different measuring methods.
Goals:
Weight: Don't care
Body Fat: <14% - looking lean and feeling good is my main goal
