13/14
wut was your guess
I had no clue, I know in highschool i was weighing 145 at 6% bf but I was much leaner then I am now. Now weighing 170 I can tell I am much thicker so I just wanted to know a rough estimate of BF% cause I have packed on a bit of weight latly. I was honestly hoping for more around 10-12% but since I have been bulking for about the past 2 months this is a good thing right?

you very well could be 12...i'm sure your happier at 170...keep up the hard work...great base...legs laggin just a tad in comparison to upper which is almost perfectly symmetrical...what r long term goals?
Ya, I realize this. It is due to the fact that I messed up my left knee pretty badly. I tried working though it but every time I do a rep my knee cracks and crunches. Im just hoping it isn't something long term and that is why I am trying to give it time to heal. My Long term goals are to bulk up to around 190-195 then cut down to 7-8% bf to be honest though I look at that as a short term goal because I plan on getting into body building once I am back from deployment.
makes sense bro...sorry about your setback...injuries suck...your looking great...keep up the good work and thanks for your service
Much thx, now if only I could get my diet down.
13 percent
Just wondering if there is any truth to the cheap ($30-$50) body fat analyzers?
ok, thanks any idea if they run on the high of the low end?
Ha, ok well I used one today and it read me at 11.2% wondering if that could be true since I am holding a considerable amount of water retention in these pics.
the way i look at it is you ask how does this thing figure it all out...lol...then say, wouldnt that technology cost more than 30 or 40 bucks? idk...just sayin...maybe if we keep bumpin this thread you'll get some more experienced bb's give their estimate..usually after 6 -12 ppl guess you can pretty much have a close estimate....
14%, roughly
Thx, gbrice75 appreciate the input, also ill try to get some more pictures up in the next few weeks to see if you guys think anything different.
im 5'7 too and i check my bf every day for the past 4 years or so with a machine called inbody and its pretty accurate and ur def lower than 14% i would have said 12 but people got me influenced with their posts so i'll go for 13.and i was also 172 till two weeks ago before i started mu test cycle and now i'm 182 with 10 more weeks to go have the exact same goals u do
good luck
Thx gixxerboy1, I figured something of this sort would work well.
I honestly still thinking 12% myself but i know everyone on this site has a lot of experience with this stuff so I will conform to 13% as well. My pics I was at about 172 as well, 2 weeks later im up to 178 now. =D making great progress, ill put some pics up in a few weeks.
13-14%
similar/same bf% at 176 so ur doin something right
i agree with JPK!
From my pics what needs work besides the wheels, I have a difficult time working legs due to a slight tear of my meniscus but I still do my best to work them. Also if there is any suggestions on how to work legs without it bothering my injury it would be greatly appreciated.
is it just me or are you playing runescape on your laptop in these pictures?
Donman1001, I have added you as a friend but cannot send private messages due to not enough posts on these boards. can talk here if you'd like
and I noticed you blocked the game out on PC lol![]()
send me ur RSN in a private message mate
13.874520% HAHAH runescape i used to play that!
maybe it's the lighting but looks about 15+%, no abs when relaxed
With all due respect there is no way i am 15+, My ab's just are not pronounced while relaxed even in highschool when i was at 5-6% bf my ab's barely showed while relaxed.
imo,
visibility of abs isnt always the best indicator of bf%
