I had no clue, I know in highschool i was weighing 145 at 6% bf but I was much leaner then I am now. Now weighing 170 I can tell I am much thicker so I just wanted to know a rough estimate of BF% cause I have packed on a bit of weight latly. I was honestly hoping for more around 10-12% but since I have been bulking for about the past 2 months this is a good thing right?

Ya, I realize this. It is due to the fact that I messed up my left knee pretty badly. I tried working though it but every time I do a rep my knee cracks and crunches. Im just hoping it isn't something long term and that is why I am trying to give it time to heal. My Long term goals are to bulk up to around 190-195 then cut down to 7-8% bf to be honest though I look at that as a short term goal because I plan on getting into body building once I am back from deployment.

Just wondering if there is any truth to the cheap ($30-$50) body fat analyzers?

Ha, ok well I used one today and it read me at 11.2% wondering if that could be true since I am holding a considerable amount of water retention in these pics.

the way i look at it is you ask how does this thing figure it all out...lol...then say, wouldnt that technology cost more than 30 or 40 bucks? idk...just sayin...maybe if we keep bumpin this thread you'll get some more experienced bb's give their estimate..usually after 6 -12 ppl guess you can pretty much have a close estimate....

I honestly still thinking 12% myself but i know everyone on this site has a lot of experience with this stuff so I will conform to 13% as well. My pics I was at about 172 as well, 2 weeks later im up to 178 now. =D making great progress, ill put some pics up in a few weeks.

From my pics what needs work besides the wheels, I have a difficult time working legs due to a slight tear of my meniscus but I still do my best to work them. Also if there is any suggestions on how to work legs without it bothering my injury it would be greatly appreciated.

With all due respect there is no way i am 15+, My ab's just are not pronounced while relaxed even in highschool when i was at 5-6% bf my ab's barely showed while relaxed.

    imo,

visibility of abs isnt always the best indicator of bf%
