Ted, the most important thing you need to do now (ASAP) is give blood, at these RBC levels you may get rejected by most blood drives, but go to LifeSTream, they use some kind of a liquid to check your iron in stead of a numerical value, all others i tried they use a digital machine and max hemoglobin level to qualify for donating blood is i believe 17.3, and you're way above that. also its dangerous to keep these levels high for too long, heart attack or stroke! not trying to scare you, just want you to know its important to get it done soon. get milk-thistle to treat your liver, but i believe once you give blood your liver will improve as well.
