    Preparing for first cycle

    Hi everyone.. thought i should make a account and get my head in the door so here i am...

    i'm 21... been training about a year... plan to start my first cycle at about age of 25 or 26... i know its a long ways away... i just want to make sure i'm ready and i don't mess my self up. lots of research to do! just looking for some advice on preparing my body for this? routine? diet? that type of stuff.

    not sure if this is the right part of the forum for these type of questions =< so i'm sorry if it isn't....

    Welcome to the forum. Read all the stickies at the top of each section. Post your diet and lifting protocols in the appropriate sections.

    What are your stats?

    To give you a general idea of what " preparation" means. You should be looking to max out your bodies natural potential to gain muscle. Props for waiting until your body is at least risk of permanent damage (25+).

    im 5'7 190 about 17% bf just finishing a 8month bulk..

    315 squat 385 dl 205 bench
