has anyone here used hydrochlorothiazide for any reason? i'm thinking about taking it to lower my blood pressure / alleviate bloat.. any thought? any personal experiences?

HCTZ and a beta blocker are first line BP control. Just make sure you keep your potassium up on on HCTZ.........I take 25mg a day.......helps with AAS that tend to bloat you too.......

If u don't need it I would go with herbal before a true drug. But that's my opinion

Just a hypothetical........but if you can lower your AI dosage through the use of a low dose of HCTZ and lower your BP at the same time.....which is better for you??

Low sodium V8 for potassium........1000mg per glass I believe
