    d bol, with or w/o food?

    Trying dbol and prop for my second cycle. The dbol is 10mg tabs. Should I take the dbol all at once preworkout or spaced throughout the day? Also, with or without food? If with food, what would be best, carb/protein/fats? Any other comments or advice are welcome.
    Wk 1-12 100mg prop/day
    wk 1-6 50mg dbol/day

    i am on week 6 of a very similar cycle. Everyone is different but for me it worked best pwo. At first i would space them out through the day and that worked for the 1st week and a half but it also decreased my appetite. After that i started to get a nausea feeling so i switched to taking it pwo which worked well for me the rest of the cycle and kept me extremely hungry all day long. Mostly i work out in the mornings so it worked well taking it after breakfast.

    why the jump to 700mg of test for a second cycle?

    Actually ended up doing 700mg/wk on my first cycle. Honest answer, b/c it came in amps at 100/cc and I didn't want to leave amps open or hassle w/ loaded syringes overnight so I just did one amp/day. I was very happy w/ the results, and didn't have any problems with sides or injection pain so I figuted I would stick with that dosage. Is that an abnormally high dose of prop for a first/second cycle?

    Space it out. Consistent blood levels are best. Some guys like a bunch prework for better aggression. I dont agree with that approach.

    im doing 150mgs eod. It is also my 2nd cycle and ive found it great so far. I am on week 6 of 9 and up to 225 from 193.

    and as far as the timing of taking the dbol, i have heard that if you are running an injectable base (ie prop), you are ok to take the dbol pwo. once again im not 100% sure but it worked well for me (nausea was getting to me when i spaced them out) and i didnt get any bad sides running 50mgs.

    Definitely space it out throught the day bud. keeps your blood levels steady which will cut down on potential sides. I'm on pretty much the same cycle and have had 0 bloat from the Dbols doing it this way. I've put on 10 clean pounds in 3 weeks thus far and showing a good amount of fat loss..

    If taking dbol with food, choose grapefruit as your food. Grapefruit inhibits a certain enzyme in the liver that actually enhances the bioavailability of most drugs, so much so that its actually been implicated in overdoses/deaths with certain medications. Now overdosing on dbol I think would be kind of hard but it could help it to be more effective and we could always use that especially with UGL brand stuff that has possibilities of being underdosed.

    Can anyone point me to a link that explains this grapefruit thing. I have always heard about it, but never found an explanation.

    What dece said is true. I have no link for you but it's well known within the community. I like mine on empty stomach in the morning w/my vits. Then 2 other dosages throughout the day. Mine goes like this: 5am-20mgs...Noon-20mgs...8pm-20mgs. But i don't use d-bol that often. Once a year is good for me.

    Personal preference really. Find what works best for you.
    I take my orals on an empty stomach.

    spaced out throughout the day, and always take anything in pill form with food for bettter digestion and to avoid a stomach ache
