    Gonna try pinning shoulder today

Don't know where though. Can someone give me some tips? I've done 13 shots so far all in glutes no problems. Will be pinning 1cc sust250. Any good vids or diagrams out there?

    Thanks.

Wow... Sust in the felt? Well, good luck with that.. The best way to shoot the self is to go in with the needle parallel with the ground.

Might be a little painful. But that has been my experience

Just find the lateral deltoid head(side) and keep needle level. Or use the quads. Also warm the loaded syringe under warm water before injecting

However Vent & Glutes are best sites not to damage any muscle tissue
Pin delts once a month to really avoid damaging muscle tissue
