    Finally got these suckers up! My lat shot was kinda relaxed. And not many leg shots which is my plus. Better pictures next week. I am 217lbs in these pics. 10 weeks out.

    Wow, who says bodybuilding and powerlifting are mutually exclusive? BTW, i'm calling you out on one of your "supposed" measurements....ain't no way those calves are only 18" - they "look" 18.5-19" are you sure you're measuring right?

    Good work Jay. Plz don't hurt me, but i'd like to offer a lil bit of criticism.

    Abs are lookin good, and it appears that your waist is naturally kinda wide, but if u can get that waist down a few inches, you're gonna have a heck of a V-taper.

    You really gotta work on the bicep peaks. Your arms are simply huge, but there's no bicep there in your front dbl bicep pose. If you had a rear dbl bicep pic, i would bet they would look really bad.

    As far as your strengths go, your calves and hammies are pretty amazing. I would expect yours will be best in the competition.

    Other then that, just keep up your diet, you look real amazing 10 weeks out and good luck with the show.

    Yes i know there is lack of peak. Actually the pics are not shot at the best time. My arms do not look flexed at all especially the left. My lats are relaxed in the rear pic. Next week i will have shots more at my eye level instead of lower so you can see everything a little better. BUt even fully flexed my bi's lack peak, but they do have better seperation then seen there.

    Do you really believe its possible to add peak?
