    Looking for advice..

    Hi,

i first took steriods 18 years ago when i was 20 years of age, i had been working out sinc ei was 14 but could never gain the mass i wanted despite eating like a horse with 3 heads. for my first course of roids i took Dinabol and Winstrol. the gains were amazing i went from 11 stone upto 13 stone in 3 month and my strength went threw the roof, my bence went from 80kg to around 110 kg..

Cut along story short since those days i gave up training but have recently started back and have been training now for 2 months solid. i have noticed great gains strength wise and and even gained weight. unfortunately my main goal was to actually slim down..

I am now 172 lbs 5 9" but have a 38" waist line. my body fat is around 27/30 ish at an estimate using online calculator..

what i would like to do is get my waist down so my abs show which maybe as samll as 32" asi only have a slim build and thin hips. I also have a slight rotator cuff injury and i am lead to beelive steriods may help with the repair of it.?

i have done some research on Winstrol and understand it is primerily a cutting roid, allthough apparently it is one of the most toxic for the liver.? and also lowers natural testostrone levels...

some of you may agree or dissagree but i am thinking of purchasing a course of roids possibly winstrol only to help me get ripped, i'm not worried about losing body weight as i know this has to happen to get ripped and lower my BF..

my question is to you guy's. what type of roid would be best for me to achieve what i want and also would it help with the shoulder..?

I think you shod work on your diet more so.. roids wont cut the fat.. and winstrol will not help with the rotator cuff injury winstrol can dry out your joints alot my advoice would be get over to the diet section and get a bit of help of the lads there get the body fat down before starting any thing and do a bit of reseach on it is well but thats just what i would recomend

    Welcome to the board mate,
Unfortunately, you are not going to like what I have to say. You should forget about steroids for now. With only two months of lifting under your belt, you can do more for yourself, with less risk of injury and feminine side effects due to high body fat, with diet and exercise alone.
Additionally, it is not a good idea to do an "oral only" cycle, especially Winnie, since it will shut down your testosterone production, leading to a whole host of other potential side effects.

You need to go to the diet section, and read the stickies for the following areas:
BMR/TDEE - this will give you a baseline caloric requirement for maintaining. Less calories, and you lose weight.
"How to cut" - another sticky thread you should read.
"Macro Nutrients" - indicates Protein/Carbohydrate/Fate & Calories for a whole host of foods. A typical macro split is something like 40/40/20, but you can adjust this to maximize your cutting potential.
Go to the nutrition section, and design your diet by finding and using a diet plan posted by one of the vets. Adjust as necessary, then post it for us to look at it and suggest improvement opportunities.
Before even considering taking AAS, your body fat % should be around 15% or lower. Please don't think of steroids as some kind of magic dietary pill. It is not.
Work on your cardio, focusing on maybe a good 45 minutes at LEAST every other day. Anything over 20 minutes and you begin to metabolize fat.

In good faith, this is the best advice i can give you. You are probably at least a year or two away from being ready for aas.

If you have any more questions, please ask.
    Good luck!
