I did a clen only cycle a few months back. My doses ran from 60-160mcgs. Ive bulked and cut naturally for ten years, and I can honestly say clen was counter productive. My biggest complaints were the lack of quality sleep and a generally crappy feeling in the gym. Id never run it again.
Results depend on the individual, there diet and other factors, I can very rarely run clen in doses more then 100mcgs, I get very bad muscle cramps in strange places..
Sides are pretty harsh for me

Like Homer said it's result are primarily diet induced, and cramps are the most profound side, but can be counter with electrolytes and L-Taurine. Nevertheless, many opt for the slightly weaker Ephedra to avoid this side. As X stated Clen (and Ephedra) can hinder sleep unless you time it properly. For an average bedtime 10:30, you need to take your last dose around 3pm. However, this varies depending on the strength of your batch, cleanliness of your beta-receptor(s), and individual sensitivities to the chemical or herb. You may have to tweak it and try 2pm or even 1pm for virgin receptors with personal hypersensitivity, keep experimenting you'll get it. Also Benadryl helps to both counter any residual insomnia promoting charge, as well as serves to cleanse/refresh the receptors.
