    Starting fresh. Need advice.

    Stats: I am 220lbs, about 18%bf. 28 yrs old. I recently was forced to learn my lesson; my source couldn't supply me half way thru my sust250 cycle. So, in a few days now, i will be starting PCT with nolvadex and clomid. I've been working out for my whole life, building for a year.

    I am still eager tho, and I have a good lead on another source or two, which I am currently researching. In fact, I am sure I will be asking your opinion on some labs soon.

    I have a chance to start fresh in the new year.
    My goals are shallow but clear. I want to look great for next summer (august 2012). That gives me 7-8 months to cycle up.

    Since I have some time to shop around, what would you recommend I start with to get max results with not an unrealistic price tag. I am open to suggestion. Thx

    I recommend you before you do your next cycle get that bf% under 12%.

    And I'm pretty sure you can't talk about labs on this forum.

    I think your sust250 or just test E would be fine for a cycle.

    And I think you need to make more quantifiable goals that "to look great for next summer." You need goals with specific numbers (IE lowering bodyfat percentage or putting on x lbs of lean muscle) that you can build a specific plan to achieve.

    agree with HK. Good goals are quantifiable. invest in a set of BF calipers, and then include dropping BF% by X, and increase weight by XX would be a good example of a goal.

    many of us bulk up when it's cold (winter) and cut in the spring. No one is going to notice too much if you are packing on some fat while bulking with bulky winter clothes.

    Agree with all above as well as not beginning next cycle until you have everything you will need in ur possession, u just never know what may happen.

    yep yep order it all and youll never have this problem!! hey some have to learn the hard way.. good luck with it all

    yea dont start until you have all of your gear including pct.

    Yeah, like I said before, I leafed my lesson the hard way.
    I can clarify my goals: I'd like to lose about 8-10% bodyfat and gain about 20 lbs of lean muscle. I will take your advice and lose the extra bf before starting my next cycle, and I begin PCT soon. I will be using nolvadex and clomid. Anything I should expect for my first PCT? and I imagine I will begin my next cycle in the new year, after losing the bodyfat and getting all my gear.
    I'll keep asking and learning till then

    Have you been to the diet section? Just pinning yourself some gear isn't going to make those goals happen. You need to work on the right diet plan to enable you to achieve those goals. What does your current diet consist of?

    I don't think you're not going to get anything unexpected in your PCT. Just keep lifting heavy.
