"I have to send my trainer my photos and diet journal when I get home" I have witnessed this type of coaching for competition and the many competitors that go through it.
Is it comparable to "one on one"? Is the photos, the diet and supplement journals really helpful and effective as the coach training you in person.
I have wondered if this is just a way for a trainer to make fast money, or an avenue to bestow there knowledge on their trainee?
I know a "third eye" is invaluable during the peak season, but can it work via the internet?
The competitors I have talked to using this internet training have felt that they have been shortchanged . That the information was general and impersonal.
I would like to know if anyone found internet coaching beneficial in there contest preparations.
I will be prepping for a National comp next year and want to know the pros and cons.
I appreciate your comments.
