beginner test e cycle pct help

hey guys im about to begin my first cycle. im gonna take 250mgs every 5 days for 10 weeks.
i was gonna take nolvadex ed for 4 weeks ed straight after and hcg im not sure how much to use and when?
any advise would be helpful thanks

hello and welcome to the forums...usually peeps first post is to introduce themselves and give stats about yourself before asking questions...i suggest doing some reasurch like reading the stickys at the top of the forum about begginer cycles...it is there you will learn the proper cycling protocal...if you do this you will see that your off on your injection and pct proposal...sorry but no one here is going to just spoon feed you everthing you need to know exspecialy without you giving us your stats...again welcome to the forum...
