    AAS Book

What is a good book that will give me up to date info on AAS. Was thinking of telling my wife to get me one for Christmas. Also is there any good books out there with weight lifting routines or anything on nutrition?

Thanks guys for the responsed. I looked at the books by Duchaine, but they all seem they would probably be out dated on the information.
