Question about Winstrol and Primobolan cycles.

I will start a new cycle of steroids in a few days but I am not really sure how to use Primo and Winstrol together, that's why I am asking for advices.

Here is the cycle I read on the internet :

Week Winstrol mg / week Primobolan Depot mg / week Clenbuterol tabs / day
1 100 100 3
2 200 100 3
3 200 200
4 300 200
5 300 300 3
6 200 200 3
7 200 200
8 100 100
9 3
10 3

I understand I should use 50 mg of Winstrol each day; First week should include two injections (Monday and Thursday).

But what about Primobolan ?
For example, about the first week, should I use only one injection of 100mg or (1 injection 50mg on Monday and another 50mg another day).
And I am totally confused about the fifth week (one injection of 300mg, more ?)
I read that Winstrol and Primo can not be injected in the same syringe.

For your information, I am 6feet and 210 pounds, 19%fat

I did a similar cycle once, and I was advised here at this forum to stop it. I stopped 1 week before ending and did post cycle right away, and i will do blood test next week. But mine was really bad.
I heard that in every cycle you should run some testosterone as well, not only anabolic steroids. But I'm not an expert, so don't listen to me, just look for that info..
