    Acne with hrt

I broke out pretty bad with acne, so I got off Hrt and I started to feel fatigued after 3 months. At that time I was taking 200mg a week than went to 100mg a week.

So currently I'm taking 60mg Twice per week and taking .25mg of adex 12 hours later, but I'm still breaking out?

What can I do? Any help would be appreciated?

Do you just take the adex twice per week? You may still have a little high e2 or could possibly lower your test more. But, as with everything TRT, only bloodwork will tell.

Yea I dont get my next bw done till March but I might bump up to maybe end of this week or next week..

I'm taking 120 mgs a week of test, so was thinking of uping the adex to .50mg 24 after injection

I was taking the adex at the same time at first, and yes twice per week

May not be just TRT how is your diet? There may be something that when combined with TRT causes this to flare up. Greasy foods, or food allergy, I use a big scrub brush on my back and shoulders and also the tanning bed once a week, does wonders. The stand up type so your not laying in your own sweat is best.

Yes keeping the E2 in check is a good thing as well

I have a LOT more acne on my chest, back and shoulders (luckily my face stays clear) now that I am on TRT. I just take it as a side affect since it isn't as bad as not being on TRT. You might want to talk to a dermatologist. That is what I plan on doing eventually.

JV I'm like you. Have you considered this Clearogen stuff? Sounds like it was designed to inhibit DHT production.

common side effect that I think we all get to some degree. I have found that buying a 10% benziol perox soap bar or even the oxy wash (also 10%) from walgreens and use it every morning in the shower does wonders. The key is using it everyday weather you have a flare up or not.

I had breakouts really bad in the beginning on 200 mg of Test per week. I finally have it waaaay under control. With the help of Minocyclin(100mg ED) and I think raising my AI from 2mg to 3 mg per week helped out alot. Plus maybe my body just adjusted to the new hormone levels.

Well thats prob the same I use, I beleive the brand at walgreens is Panoxil, also used the Oxywash. Minocycline is fine but long term your system becomes resistent to that anti-biotic. Unconfirmed but I heard thats tough on the liver as well. One last thought Fonzy, I did get RX benzo pads from my Dermatologist. They do work better than the OTC but they are expensive, insurance covered but 60 pads still cost 50 bucks. They were only 6% benzo so I asked the Doc why I would spend 50 bucks rather than 5 for a stronger amount OTC at walgreens, he said the delivery system is much more efficient/effective. Reluctantly I beleived him and was actually pleasantly surprised, it did work rather nice. All depends on how much money you are willing to shell out, but they are out there.
