    New kid in town...

    Hey guys!

Thanks to the mods for putting together such a great resource, I'm excited to learn a bunch of information in the coming months...

I'm 23 years old, and have been lifting seriously for 5 years, and not-so-seriously for several years before that (for Football).

I'm 6'0, 173 lbs, 10% body fat... and I have been seeing a lot of diminishing returns on my workouts the past 1-2 years. Right now I'm on a serious cutting cycle, and I've dropped about 15 lbs in the past 3 months. I'm gonna go til the 6 pack is clearly defined, which has been a goal for awhile.

After that, I want to put on some mass, but I'm not trying to mess around this time. I've researched steroids before, several times, but have always been held back by the negative stigma attached to them. Several books like "Extreme Muscle Enhan***ent" and "4 Hour Body" have turned me onto the idea that maybe the stigma attached to them is undeserved.

Anyways, I'm here to get educated. And once I'm educated, to start piling on some muscle.

    Talk to ya'll soon,

    Bobby

Thanks for the warm welcome guys! slfmade, I can SEE my abs, but for them to really stand out the lighting has to be justtt right. There is also a possibility of inaccuracy, because it was taken by a personal trainer by bioelectrical impedance testing and I know that is not the most accurate method in the world. I'm guessing I'm close though based on the fact that I was a solid 185 several months ago, not much fat then, and I have lost little if any strength since them. Gonna check out the diet forum you recommended now!
