i've got about 10 pounds of fat to drop was thinking of going on a caloric deficit for first 4 weeks of my test prop cycle then clean bulk for the last 4 for some extra muscle.
dont really want to just bulk for the full 8 weeks as cutting for me means losing muscle unless i carb cycle and do HIIT however any kind of cardio is difficult for me as i have a fused hip so u can see my predicament.
Or would it make more sense to clean bulk 500 cals above maintenance on a perfect diet and just hope for some fat loss + lean gains from the gear as i dont have much to lose anyway. just want to be 10% or lower i'm about 13% now.
