Hello guys, I have a question.
A friend from Mexico sent me a message and told me to post his cycle. He believes that his trainer has given him a cycle that won't work for him, and I believe the trainer is giving him cycles that haven't been actualized since 2001. He showed me the webpage. I believe it is a website from Mexico also. I'm way smaller and I don't want to cut anymore. I believe that specific website is giving really wrong cycles, and he told me that many trainers use it for their students. Some of the cycles are legit and useful. This one seems like a lot to me, but some of you guys compete and you know your stuff. He plans to start it January/February 2012, so he has time to make changes and buy the gear over there.
He does not speak English so he asked me to do this for him.

Has done one cycle before
2.5 months on diet: from 212 pounds to 183 pounds. Did it by lowering his carbs consumption and increasing his protein consumption.
Goal: compete at a regional competition in May. He wants to cut and be completely dry.
