Super high intensity and juice ?

how important is very high intensity training when on the juice. I hear different opinions. Some say that it is not that important (we are not power-lifters) some say it give you the edge in your body etc etc...
Kai Greene trains super hard (or so it seems), others seem to train moderately hard and many seem to just breeze through the actual lifting.
Does intensity make all that a difference PRACTICALLY speaking? or is it just a solid combo of great diet, some training and the right juice. I do understand that that combo is hard work in itself and you have to know your body ....but still how hard should the actual lifting be ?
Till failure, super sets, rest pause, negatives, forced reps etc etc ....
    thx

Depends on your goals imo, I'm on tren test at the moment and can't even do cardio cos of the tren, don't leave it out all together but focus on your goals in relation to the cardio.

Thx for the response but I am not sure what you mean. Even if one wants to do cardio they can do very high intensity cardio. In fact the hardest I ever trained was in sprinting. I used to feel my heart would explode and used to get a killer burn/sourness the next day. I am like that as far as training BUT is it really necessary.
My goal is ultimately be muscular (big) and cut at the same time. How hard should the training be when on the juice ? Many people I think just train superr hard cause that is just how they are .....does not mean it is a good thing for improvements.
Hope you can respond again !

It's hard to bulk and cut at the same time, if you are worried about the bf then yes do cardio, your weight training needs to be heavy and really straining to get that last rep out, you can do super sets etc but you should really be struggling to get that last rep out.

Your training should be intense all the time, you should put in 100% effort into training all the time no matter if your juicing or not. The only times it shouldn't be intense is when you plan light sessions into ur regime so your body gets shocked the next time you lift heavy..

It should be ur life motto.. 100% into everything you ever do.

This is your answer here, its funny how many people ask if they should workout harder if their on gear, no you should be training as hard as possible always....
Do not ask me for a source check.
