    hello everyone, glad i found this place!

    Iam 36 have done gear for the last 10 years off and on. iam 6 1 and 245 on the scale. I had reached my prime about a year and a half ago 265 lbs. We found out we were having twins so I started working 2 jobs and stopped lifting. Now at 245 my stomach is about the only thing that is big on me now. Iam running through a p90x program right now to slim down before I hit the weights. Iam looking forward to all the great advice around here and iam looking to start fresh and try new things. Thanks to everyone in advance for taking the time to help people out in getting HUGE

    Welcome bro, why aren't you hitting the weights now? It'll help you lean out, slim down and drop the weight a heap faster.

    Welcome bro. Yeah jacking steel is a great way to trim down and build up muscle before starting a cycle. I have a few friends who do P90... great cardio but can't touch me in the weight room. Guess it depends on what you're looking to do. Just remember, it all starts with diet and nutrition and this time of year is a bitch on that.

    Yes this time of year does suck for diet. I gonna finish the 90 days with p90x it just fits my convenient for right now. I use dumbells with it and although I know it won't get me back to where I used to be iam very happy with the results so far. I will be hitting the gym as soon as iam done. Iam doing 500mgs sust a week now just to get going and feel great

    Welcome- resistance training, proper diet and nutrition as well as cardio will get u where u wanna be
