    Exclamation Muscle loss question?

so ive been away from the gym for about 2 weeks and all ive been doing is push ups and dumb bell curls with like 10 pounds because thats all they had but i could do much more. so my question is, will i lose muscle in my chest and arms?

I've held my current poundage's for a week or so doing push-ups, pull-ups and one legged squats etc. after this usually takes one or two w/o's to get back in the groove, while I might struggle a bit size holds up longer. breaks away from usual routine are a good thing, injuries, staleness, working muscle in a more "real world" range of motion, you will be fine when you get back

If I couldn't get to a gym for 2 weeks I'd be military pressing and squatting my mrs and dead lifting any thing heavy in my house and garden. When there's a will there's a way.

2 weeks isnt too bad but how much longer?
IMO after 2 weeks you will slowly lose mass and you would have lost some strength already.
