    This will be good entertainment for most. Stupidity at its finest. This was me in 2008. All natural... never cycled. 170lbs

    This was me at the end of 2009 after Stuffing my face over a 12 month period with lots of angus burgers, whoppers, fries, potatoes, ramon noodles, and a bunch of other crap. One month out of that year I ran an M-Drol cycle. 265lbs

    Gyno? Confirmed!!! Testicles seemed to have lost 50% of their size. Small cramps all over my body for about 2 months.

    It gets better. No SERM. That's right folks... no Nolva... No Clomid. Only EstrogeneX. The Milk Thistle I took during the cycle was like putting a band-aid on a gunshot wound. Coq10 and Red Yeast Rice was my only other addition to this retarded moment. I can't imagine what kind of permanent damage I did to my liver and/or natural test production. Out of that 95lb weight gain I think about 10 of it was muscle. Awesome.

    I'm down to 210 and I feel stuck. I swear it's like I can't reach 200 for nothing. Keto doesn't work. I get down to 2100 cals per day and nothing. I feel like I gained permanent weight. Is that even possible?

    unfortunate you had a great natty base. but no, theres no such thing as permanent weight, although fat cells never go away. just keep eating healthy and training, youll get it back

    Look into crossfit, it wont make you a mass monster but if you want your lean muscular physique back there is nothing better. HIgh intensity training shreds fat.
