I bought some clen today from ar-r and i want to get my questions answered before i get it. I'm 5'5 130, looking to lose more weight than i am doing so with training and a clean diet. after doing all the research i found tons of info about mens dosage but zero to none for women? is it safe to do the same dosage as i've seen for some men? is 40mcg a good starting point or should i stick to 20? I'm also kind of curious about the difference between clen and t3. I've also seen people couple clen with t3. any thoughts on this? and what are the risks and how does this affect the hormone levels?
i know there are tons of questions in just one post but any and all feedback is welcome!
