OH, and no carb shakes with a bit of fiber supps
r-ala on carb-up days 1500mgs ed which will be 24 hours or so
my question is this,im not sure about my macros,the ratio of fat/<a href="http://www.allsportsnutrition.com/listproducts.php?style=category&value=PROTEIN" target="_blank">protein</a>/cals.should the fat cals equal the <a href="http://www.allsportsnutrition.com/listproducts.php?style=category&value=PROTEIN" target="_blank">protein</a> cals?or is it higher?
guess what i need to know is there a safe percentage for a 210lb man of fat to <a href="http://www.allsportsnutrition.com/listproducts.php?style=category&value=PROTEIN" target="_blank">protein</a> portions?i have no idea what my bf is because i have not been dipped (until then i would like to know how much <a href="http://www.allsportsnutrition.com/listproducts.php?style=category&value=PROTEIN" target="_blank">protein</a> is too much <a href="http://www.allsportsnutrition.com/listproducts.php?style=category&value=PROTEIN" target="_blank">protein</a> and how much fat is too much fat)
im 33,210lb's id say between 12-15%bf!

yes,you have told me already but im going for any last minute advice.i have an idea what to do bro and you have helped me alot here!im gonna give it a month or so to get the full effects of ketosis before i make any changes.not everyone likes this one ive found.
