5g carbs and 18g casein protein per 200g serving
i take 2 to 3 servings of this before bed, and i am cutting. Is it a good choice for food? ive heard dairies must be avoided while cutting but this one only has 5g carbs per serving.

It's decent... what brand are you using? I haven't seen Greek Yogurt that high in protein while still that low in carbs. Generally, low fat cottage cheese is a better option.
Dairy doesn't have to be avoided, it just depends on how well you digest it. Generally, I would avoid milk however as the sugar content is relatively high.
The lowest I have found for carbs per serving is 9g. I agree with GB low fat cottage cheese or a casein/ pb shake are better choices while cutting for before bed.
plain is so hard to eat tho, i'd rather go with flavored at 20p 20c for 1/2lb
I have mixed in half a scoop of choc whey protein before and it is ok
I don't like yoghurt at all but this makes it bearable
For me for snacks sometimes I would mix one scoop myofusion with small amount xanthum gum powder and blend in magic bullet blender with some milk. Gets really thick like pudding
It's like learning to drink ur coffee black- just force yourself to do it and before u know it u will like it. Now I think the flavored ones with all the sugar are gross, taste like syrupy.
are we supposed to be eating yogurt?
All the cool kids are doing it
