Ordering Double Meat when eating out

I know I'm not the only one on this board who does it. If you have to eat out, how many of you are fans of ordering double meat with your meals?

I often order double grilled chicken breast on my salad....dressing on the side of course. It is just 2 dollars more and totally worth the much needed protein that I need!

I never eat out anymore....If it's fairly lean and not too processed I wouldn't see a problem with it as long as it fit into your daily macros.

You don't like paying 10 bucks for a quality sandwich?? lol I agree, but I will eat subway before missing a meal.

Subway grilled chicken is closer to a sponge than to chicken. I prefer chipotle or pollo tropical. Great quality and lean food. Also, never eat at chinese places the quality is awful, with exception to sarku japan at malls.

They dont print the nutritional facts for their tuna sub. Reason being that there's hardly any tuna in it. But if mayonnaise is part of your program then your set!

Chipotle 's bowl double chicken rice guac salsa and cheese is just about the best thing ever. It's on the way home from the gym for me and when I'm to tired to cook its amazing. Don't have a pollo tropical though

    My weekly ritual (cheat meal):

    Wendies baconator combo

    2 chili cheese nachos

    Choc. Frosty.

I always feel like im going to die by the end, and every time I say the same thing to my self "Im never eating this much again" yet week after week I do the same thing haha

I find that smaller chains or independent stores offer cleaner foods.
