Help with timing my meals according to when ill be lifting...

Not sure if this is in the right section but here it goes...

Im trying to put together a bulk diet for myself but having trouble deciding on when to lift. I need to decide so I can tailor my diet accordingly, and find what times is best to eat. I usually wake up anywhere from 10am-12pm and i work afternoons 3pm-11:30pm. Im usually in bed from 2-3am. I can either lift first thing when I wake up, or at night after work (which id prefer). The thing I worry about lifting at night is if Ill be able to consistantly go to sleep soon after my workouts because I dont get to the gym until about 12am and ill be done around 1-1:30am. It usually takes me a couple hours to wind down you know? Especially if I wanted to take some stimulants, which ill probably try to train without. If someone could help me I would greatly appreciate it. I pretty much have my diet down, just need to decide what times to eat my meals. EXPERIENCED ADVICE ONLY PLEASE!

I worked the same shift bro, sucks! But i went right before work, i had lots of energy through my shift and i could fall asleep as soon as i got home! Plus you have the time before the gym to get your meals ready.

Yea it does suck.. that makes sense but id prefer going at night if i could find a way. I feel to rushed in the AM before work, but who knows it might work out best for me.

Is there anything negative about lifting hard and going to sleep right after while bulking? Seems like it would be better during the day just because your body is awake so it can recover throughout the day... especially because your eatting.
