I expect to cop some crap for this but i'm a heavy smoker. Into my 5th week of a test e dbol and deca cycle I have decided to make the wise decision of giving up the death sticks. Every night I wake up 3 hours into sleep to have a cigarette and I assume this would be slowing my recovery and muscle growth rate. Cold turkey was not an option so I went down thismorning and bought nicobate nicotine patches. Any experiences or input as to how this may effect my training/ diet would be muchly appreciated!
