145lbs
5-7% bf including bloat (using fat callipers its 4.7%)
5ft 10
i know im not huge lol but i want to be around 155-160lbs with the same fat%, im carb depleated at the moment so when i eat normal again ill probably gain around 7lbs straight away( not muscle)
calories to remain same weight is around 2600-2700. 2 30min medium cardio pw and 4 weight sessions
haha i cant be bothered setting the full diet out but here are the essentials:
foods ill be eating will be .8kg of kangaroo mince, 500gm rolled oats, frozen vegies (tried to find a post on frozen vegies to see if they were much worse but didnt), 40g whey + 40g dextrose and 40g maltydextrin. that is over the entire day split into 6 meals.
totals are..... P281g,C=355g,F=46g
Calories=3008(using P and C = 4.2 cal per gram and F = 8.5 cal per gram) or 3246 (if i read the back of the packets?) which do i use???
was going to add 45 ml flax seed but i thought the calories will be getting a bit high
i wish the calorie info was more accurate.
