    A long steroid related question.

    Hey all, I'm new here.
    This maybe be a newbie question but I a new to this so of corse that makes me a newbie
    Well it more than one question.
    My stats,
    25 years old.
    Around 180lbs
    Just under 6 ft.
    Clean as diet, fish, chicken, oats, armonds, vege, water, vitamins etc etc.

    I lift weights and run (half marathons, 2 or 3 a year)
    I'm a hardgainer for sure and now a struggling to gain anymore size.

    I want to be over 200lbs, I eat and eat but it dosnt go up but I've read the forums and see that people that juice go up 15 lbs but when the off cycle they drop 8lbs..
    Is it possible for me to do a cycle of test only get to 200lbs and stay there?
    keep my gains and eat to keep them but continue to run long distance.
    I like being in shape, is running holding me back for gain more size??

    How much running are you doing? Yes, marathon training will make keeping gains post cycle very difficult.

    your not going to gain weight if you burn more calories then you take in. No matter what you take, and im sure with all the running you are burning alot. You need to just keep eating more.
    And running is going to be harder at 200 then 180. go buy a weighted vest and run with that on ans see how you feel
    If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

    I run a min of 20 miles a week a max of 30, when on a training plan (6 months of the year). I suspected so, if I could get some feed back on how to get around this or idea would be great.

    Yeah I have and enjoyed the challenge, I will training with extra weight for the fun/pain of it
    Cos pain is fun, right?

    Ya thats not going to work.. you are burning alot of muscle doing so.. you are trying to live a double life. Distance runners and bodybuilding dont mix. I think you might need to drop the running lifestyle and maybe do short HIIT sprints.

    its perfectly fine to do moderate amounts of cardio while bodybuilding. But to take it to the measure of marathons or even half marathons is going to make it almost impossible to gain any muscle. Your body doesnt want muscle because it burns calories, add the amount of calories your body is burning when your running and thats how many extra calories your going to have to consume to be able to gain any weight. Make sence?

    It's very hard to keep gains you get on cycle if you never cycle again. In fact, I have never seen anyone keep what they had gained even if over a long period of cycling once they decide to go off. They eventually return to normal. Factor the running and it will not happen.

    Give up running and you could gain that 20 lbs without AAS over time.
