Hey all, I'm new here.
This maybe be a newbie question but I a new to this so of corse that makes me a newbie
Well it more than one question.
My stats,
25 years old.
Around 180lbs
Just under 6 ft.
Clean as diet, fish, chicken, oats, armonds, vege, water, vitamins etc etc.
I lift weights and run (half marathons, 2 or 3 a year)
I'm a hardgainer for sure and now a struggling to gain anymore size.
I want to be over 200lbs, I eat and eat but it dosnt go up but I've read the forums and see that people that juice go up 15 lbs but when the off cycle they drop 8lbs..
Is it possible for me to do a cycle of test only get to 200lbs and stay there?
keep my gains and eat to keep them but continue to run long distance.
I like being in shape, is running holding me back for gain more size??
