    sd and diet help please

    Hi guys after a year n hlf of not training due to a illness iv been given the all clear n now good to go iv lost bout 6o pound pluss n realy won't to smash the weight bk on I'm startin a sd matrix course (heard nothing but good stuff bout this) just wunder if u could check my cycle and meal plan see if icould b doing enything beter. Breakfast 10mg sdmatrix wih milk thistle 5mg creatine 1 slice toast( whole mealbread) bowl oats reflex instant mass or sci mx hardcore size protine weight gain shake.2 hour later tuna sandwich protine weight ggain shake. Mixed nuts bannana. Meal 3 jacket potato with salad chicken breast. Pre work out 1o mg sd matrix milk thistle 5 mg creatine and a shake. Work out meal chicken breast with tuna pasta salad and jacket potato. Meal 5 mixed nuts fruit and a shake. Meal 6 sd matrix milk thistle. And a shake

    You are to young you risk doing damage to your hepta system.Plus just getting back into the gym that wouldnt be a wise move for your ligaments and tendons.

    If you want diet help you should really organize that better and include macro's for each meal. I felt dyslexic trying to decipher that diet. Also Post it up in the nutrition section.
