    My first cycle last time i did a cycle was about 10yrs ago

    Had a few questions I'm going to start a cycle next month , I was going to do dbols and 500 mg of sus and 400mg of deca for 12 weeks, I'm getting everything from Mexico , what is the best sus and deca and dbols from there ? And is this a good cycle ?

    Welcome jafd1223, wut r ur stats & goals? BTW, u cant ask wut product is best, were not allowed 2 name labs / brands.

    Ok sorry about that thanks for letting me know , I'm 195 I'm 6 ft tall I just got back into working out about a month ago , I want to start next month my goal is to get up to 220 , I'm going to have about 3-4 protein shakes a day it's been so long I forgot everything

    Dont rely too much on shakes, real food is best. Shakes hav their place, but they're not intended 2 b meals, pre & / or post workout is the only time I use them. Wut is ur BF%? How old r u?

    No idea what my body fat is , I'm 30 I'm skinny not really a big person just wanna get into shape and look good not lookin to get huge , it's just it's so hard for me to gain weight I can lose weight over night but gaining is so hard

    I guarantee, if we mak some tweaks 2 ur diet, u will mak steady gains like u never hav b4.

    Post ur current diet here 4 us 2 hav a look. Post wut foods each meal consists of, time of each meal, calories, proteins, carbs & fats in each meal.

    Breakfast I have a protein shake and pb n jelly sandwich or eggs , I eat every 2-3 hours then for lunch I'll have sandwich turkey or solami , or tuna , and a protein shake , then in another 2-3 hrs I'll have another pbj sandwich , then for dinner insight I'm having ribs potatoes and after another shake. Then before bed I try to have a snack

    Honestly bro, that's a horrible diet. I c barley over 2000 calories & not good calories either. I thought I was just gona mak a few tweaks 2 ur existing diet, but u need 2 completely rebuild ur diet from the ground up. & 2 do that, I suggest u head over 2 our nutrition section, post ur current diet & goals, & they will help u rebuild ur diet.
