From reading what var does and from other peoples experiences who have ran it by itself, I don't know why it's a waste to do so.
I will only shut down if I do too much var.
Are you both saying if I do 50mg of var a day, I will see no difference? Its useless? Or is it useless compared to a real stack? Because I don't care for doing test or any other "real" cycle.
