Online Pharma site shuts down, move and uses different name....Fishy????

I cant use the name of the site, but the site I got my gear from is no longer available (dont know how long they been up and running before shuting down), but I found them under a different name with the same site outline...Is this fishy in the online gear world or is common to move your site.

I am going into my 2nd week with the gear I bought from them so I dont know if what they sent me is legit or not yet, but today I had a really good pump that was better than usual, noticeable, but not big (could be in my head, cause from what I read it takes about 3-4 weeks to notice) I dont have another BT until a couple weeks

google the name of original site and new site followed by scam and another search followed by legit, also search name + forum + scam/legit

It could be the same company attempting to maximize profits by creating several smaller establishments that appear to be competing , when in reality its all under the same owner . Maybe they eliminated one of these smaller companies. This can be seen everywhere in the real world . For example , many large companies own several , (or several hundred) smaller companies.
