is it true even while on cycle

Ive been reading alot lately about how the body tries its best to keep itself inbalance, as in proportion. Ive been training nearly 5 years and even tho mainly focusing on compound lifts for mass ive still neglected legs for the past 4 years ish not completely but enough for them to be noticably laggin behind. So what im gettin at is my gains on my upper half have come to a hault. Do u think this is because my legs are so far behind? Ive read alot statin that if i bring my legs up to par it could promote more growth to the rest of my physique. I know it sounds like a cop out but i have an intense job physically and is the main reason i havnt put 100% into my legs. Anyway as of late ive been battling through and my legs are gettin used to the intensity. Could i have some opinions and input on this please. Cheers fellas. Steve.o

I'm gona go with no, the lack of development in ur legs should hav nothing 2 do with the gains u can or cant mak in ur upper body. Think about those guys in wheelchairs 4 life, they cant workout thier legs, but they still get as big as a pro bodybuilder in the upper body.

What does your workout routine and diet look like? I'm betting that's where the problem is.
