    post surgery

    Soon I'm gonna get a surgery because of a rupture on my diaphram.

    What shall I inject post surgery? I am planing to drive 300mg nandrolone every week with a little Testo-Gel.

    300mg Nandrolone 1/week
    25mg Testogel 1/day
    30mg coenzym q10
    Multivitamin
    BCAAS
    Aminos

    I wouldnt do anything immediately after you sugery. Get yourself back to 100% or the gear will be a waste.

    I took low dose of Deca (nandrolone) 100mg/wk to help recover from joint injury. I don't know if it would be the same for your case.

    deca isnt going to help your diagram. Steroids arent a fix all cure all.
