    pct ...

    Hi,
    I know all i need to do to find stuff out on pct is search it and tons of stuff comes up. But this is what iv got ready and i jus needed a quick confirmation from a vet of some sort to re assure me that this is g2g bfore i kik off my cycle. Not entirely sure on the amount of nolva for pct.

    I'v got 10 ml omnadec test blend 250 and deca 150. 2ml a week for 4 weeks 1 ml a week for 2 weeks.

    Arimidex .5mg eod for 4 weeks, .25mg eod for 2 weeks
    proscar(finasteride) 2.5mg a day for 4 weeks, 1.25mg a day for 2 weeks

    week 8,9: 100mg clomid everyday
    40mg nolva everyday

    week 10,11: 50mg clomid everyday
    20 mg nolva everyday

    your runnig a 6 week cycle of test and deca? Then you dont have enough gear.
    If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

    This is all over the place....How old are you? OK, you need to write your cycle down abit different. Deca for first cycle is not advisable.How long are you running this cycle for?I need more to help you.I will be back as I have to go eat.....I will be back

    23 is young to do a cycle also if its your first cycle you should only be doing one compond

    I realise its a short cycle but i wasnt intending to really put alot of size on, just wanted to fill out a little bit, and obvs its my first cycle so thought id take i easy, and as for it being 2 compounds I was going to get just test, but i couldnt get hold of any but could get this omnadec ..... test and deca iv read that deca is nandrolone which is basiclly a different version of tesosterone so thought that however test effects me deca would in the same way? was this a wrong move, is it a big enough deal for me to leave what iv got and focus on getting some test en by itself which is what i was looking at first?

    I'v been training atleast 4 days a week for 2 half years, but only taken it really seriously for the past 9 months, ie: geting the right amount of sleep every night, have my diet in check, all the supplements protein, creatine, weight gainer, multi vits, efa, bcaa's, I have been absaloutely hammering it for nearly a year now, and cant seem to put anymore weight on, when i changed my diet last year and started all the supplements i noticed an extreme increase in size, went from 145 pounds up to now 175 within these 9 months.

    Also i cant really find any information anywhere on whether or not supplements are adequate in your diet while on a cycle. I already eat 6 meals a day and take all my supplements, iv not worked it out but i must be on about 4000 calories a day atleast, but i think i burn alot of them off at work, and i don't really have the time in my day to day life to get any more from food. So I will probably be attributing atleast 30% of the calories i take in a day to weight gain shakes, will this be ok?

    Sorry took so long to reply i went sleep not long after i posted yesterday im in england, i hope you all get back to me with your thoughts i didnt realise this cycle was so off the mark for a first timer. I definetely dont want to start without knowing everything is perfect!

    Too young and not enough knowledge OP. This cycle is a no,no. Plus, you need to re evaluate your diet cause somethings off there. Take your time and do it right.

    wots OP? so u think i should just fuk it off all together, not even bother with aas yet or just get 10ml of test or wot? whats the reason it is a no no? The only thing i can think with my diet is that at weekends i dont always stik to it sometimes i get a kfc or somethin like that sometimes miss out a meal but its only 1 day a week if that. most things iv got are dated until 2013 so i cud keep them until then and just carry on training. tbh, now iv got everything i think i would prefer to just do it and see how it go's and c if i manage to keep any gains, im not really bothered about wasting the money iv spent. quite happy t spend it again in acouple of years if thats how long i need to wait. or is it just a stupid idea? the main reason i wouldnt start a cycle is if it would have some lasting effects on my health?

    OP= original poster = you

    test and deca will not effect you the same way. They can have different side effects and different ways of treating them
    The cycle is to short. Both products you have take about 4-6 weeks to see results. So you are shutting yourself down for nothing.
    Yes you are young and with proper diet you can break past your platue.

    So in summery stop what you are doing
    If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong
