I need some help from someone who knows more than me
Can you please tell me what each one of these actually do and if you can take these together?
I want to cut fat and at the same time build muscle fast?

Do some research on food man. You cant just get spoon fed. If you have that attitude, you not only wont get results but no one will help you.
Throw out those bottles by the way. What you need is a change in attitude and and get your head stuck in researching food and training for the next few month and years.

There is no easy way to build muscle fast and cut fat. If there was then everybody would be in a Mens fitness magazine. Your diet is going to dictate whether you bulk up. get cut or lose weight. Besides what you bought aren't steroids, there legal supplements.

OK, that doesn't clear anything up. Whats wrong with his mentality? He wants to do steroids just like the rest of us here, are you insinuating everyone's mentality here needs to be changed? I'm not trying to start a fight......................honest. I'm just trying to clear things up, I don't see anything wrong with his attitude or mentality. I think he should have done some research instead of buying his products & then asking "what do these do & how do I use them", but I don't see an attitude or mentality problem.

THey are supplement what you have. Some people have gotten good results. I'm not sure on the dosing. I would follow the instructions on the bottle or website if there is any

Oral only cycles are a waste and ineffective, if you can't pin yourself then your best off staying natural.

2nd. This isnt supposed to be offensive. But you cant be this niave or when you do become ready to get real steroids yuo will get scammed. Nobody is going to give away illegal drugs. And what company is going to advertise free drugs. Steroids are illegal. Would it really be that easy to get
