    First things first wat r ur stats?Age, weight, height, bf%, goals?

    How much cardio r u planning on doing? How many days/Week? Duration??

    im around 85kg at 5,11 16% bodyfat. Im prepping for a sus250 cycle soon but during my priming stage i have to lean down a bit more in order to take advantage of the whole cycle.

    I've never seen studies done with this high an amount, but it is not too far out there. I did find a report where there was no difference in the common myth of 20-30g and ~56g (about 79% of DV). This was a female study and, according to the article, equaled about 85-95g for an "average" male.

    Of course if OP is worried about it he could move some of the egg whites in that meal around, maybe.

    At 6:30 this morning you posted a bulking diet & now almost 12 hours later, you post a cutting diet...................which is it, are you bulking or cutting?
