Puffy Nipples on D-zine

I started my d-zine cycle (second cycle, first being h-drol) 12 days ago and I have noticed that my nipples seem to be more puffy, not sure if it's just in my head or not or if it's possible this early in. I started the first 3 days at 30mg then bumped it up to 45mg due to the fact that i did not want 15 leftover pills. If they are getting puffier, is there any way to combat this from happening? I have nolva and aromasin already on hand. Also wanted to say I have always had slighty puffy nips and small lumps under them since about 14

since dimethazine is dht based it doesnt aromatize to estrogen.
I doubt dzine is doing this to you at all.
