hey guys this is actually 2 questions
Firstly, just wondering how long after my post workout protein shake i can eat a full meal???
my shake contains 30g of whey and between 50 and 80 grams of dextrose. literally 5 mins after my shake im starving so how long after can i smash another meal??

secondly.. i feel like my metabolism is on fire and im hungry all the time which i love because it means i can eat big and get bigger lol
ive read that a meal every 2-3 hours is appropriate but should i eat to the clock or eat to how i feel??? for example the other day i smashed a massive steak and shit load of pasta im talking 70 or more grams of protein and 100g of carbs from this meal and i actually got hungrier could have easily gone for round 2, 30 mins later.

any advice would be greatly appreciated
