    BCAA special effects

    Just as a funny side note, this has happened to me twice already. The last one was just last week. Make sure if you take the BCAA caps you down plenty of liquids with them.
    Apparently I didnt wash them down all the way, or they were floating in my stomach. I am not sure how or why it happened but I burped and blew a HUGE white puff of BCAA dust out of my mouth!!! I swear this is the truth, my wife freaked out...BTW it tases nasty and got all up in my nasal passage. It was pretty trippy to see. You wouldnt think three caps had that much powder in them, but it was like something out of a movie or cartoon or something...ehehehehhh...
    Wish i could replicate the stunt on command, what a great party trick that would be!!! ehehehhh...
    Any body have this happen to them before?

    Ah, the beauty of caps! Ha ha, yeah with BCAA's and some other fould tasting caps that were brown, about 20 years ago. Definitely only do powder form now!

    yeah.....you want to down at least 8 oz of water whenever taking sups. And preferably with some food.

    I use Dymatize BCAA in the powder form. I find that it dosen't mix well with milk. I end up just eating the powder that is on top, but don't have any problems. Leucine is supposed to be the most important amino acid you can take to promote muscle growth.

    I get it in powder and mix it with my protein drink, it mixes fine.
