I am 21 years old, 5'8 and about 155lbs...
I posted a thread on the HGH forum about a possible gh cycle. I concluded that at my age it would be useless and take more months than expected...
Now I am looking into adding amino acids to my workout plan to help stimulate the pituitary. Any help from veteran members would be appreciated.
Arginine, Lysine, Glutamine. I hear these are the essentials for promoting GH.
Anyone happen to know the amount per KG body weight that I need to apply?
Any additional amino acids I should be looking at, or any other feedback is welcome.
