I would recommend you not do something to plain, but not something to "out there" either.

My girl and I have decided on Keilan for a boy's name and Autumn for a girl. We don't have kids yet, but we talk about it every once in a while.

Nope. It's too close to a last name. I'm always said you can never trust anyone that has a last name for a first name....or a first name for a last name. You should also never name your children after a city. So that's a no to Dallas, Austin, etc.

If I have another one, I will make sure he/she has an international recognizable name, and non-creative spelling. It will make their whole life so much easier.

heres my line of thinking..

boy: First creep that came to mind... Pee Wee Herman.. Pee Wee would be too odd soo.. Herman it is
(Could be worse, I coulda said Chris Angel (Insert last name here) or even Chad Kruger (last name))
Let's face it, noone wants their kid to grow up to be a magician or the lead singer of Nickleback.
